6 oz.

I weighed in today & all I lost was 6 oz.  Really?  It was that damn steak I had on Friday & it wasn’t even a big piece (2oz.). The steak was good though, ha! It was seasoned just right.  I didn’t need sauce or nothing.  **My culinary student brother got skills.**
I got 4 more pounds til I reach my 1st weight loss goal.  Lets Go! Time to change up the workout.  I’m in crunch time, lol!!!
