Which one is the worst, over qualified or under qualified? To me, it seems to be the over qualified option. Employers refuse to choose someone that can walk in with working knowledge of corporate settings. Of course, this is in fear of said candidate wanting a certain salary amount. With the way the economy is each applicant is aware of the possible dollar amount and applies ANYWAY. If you truly need the help you never turn away the one that can keep you focused.
